BONAKOL® FPU

BONAKOL® FPU is a polyurethane adhesive, produced from specially modified thermoplastic polyurethanes. BONAKOL® FPU can also be used as a two-component adhesive with the addition of 3-8% Quidur 246-06 hardener, Desmodur RF and others. The addition of hardener increases thermal and hydrolytic resistance.

APPLICATION:

BONAKOL® FPU is designed mostly for flocking plastics based on polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, ABS and its alloys as well as paper, wood, textiles in electrostatic field cut synthetic fibers.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance:            colorless liquid

Viscosity:                  about 150 mPas in accordance with PN-EN 12092

Density:                     about 0,8 g/cm3

Adhesive joint:         flexible, thermoplastic without the hardener
