BONATEX® KN-85

BONATEX® KN-85 is an adhesive based on aqueous natural rubber latex, aqueous dispersions of special resins, modifiers and stabilizers. BONATEX® KN-85 does not contain any organic solvents, therefore does not pose a risk of fire and explosion during storage and use.

APPLICATION:

BONATEX® KN-85 is contact adhesive designed most particularly for purse making industry for bonding synthetic and natural leather with each other. Can also be used for bonding cardboard, paper, and some textile materials.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance:            milky white, sometimes slightly opalescent liquid

Dry weight:               min 53%  in accordance with PN-EN 827

Viscosity:                  adjusted according to customer requirements (depending on the application method)

Peel Strength in accordance with PN EN ISO 2431 type of material: canvas-canvas: at least 3,0 kN/m

Open time: virtually unlimited
