BONAKOL® BIII
BONAKOL® BIII is polychloroprene adhesive based on special types of chloroprene rubbers modified with special synthetic resins and other additives.
Is also produced in a non-toluene form as BONAKOL® BIII BT.
APPLICATION:
BONAKOL® BIII is designed for footwear, purse making industries for bonding natural leather, rubber, cloth and other similar materials. Can be used in furniture industry for bonding polyurethane foams and textile materials, and for bonding wood, plastics, plywood, rubber, cork, hard PVC, metal. The adhesive is not suitable for bonding Styrofoam, polypropylene, polyethylene and soft PVC.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
Appearance: viscous, light beige to yellow
Dry weight: 17-20% in accordance with PN-EN 827
Viscosity: KF 6 mm, outflow 50 ml 35-50 sec. in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2431;
Brokfield LDVD 1500-3800 mPas PN-EN 12092
Peel Strength in accordance with PN-ISO 11339 type of material canvas-canvas:
Initial – at least 1,5 kN/m
Final – at least 3,0 kN/m
Adhesive joint’s thermal resistance: very good
