BONATERM® A-Plus
BONATERM® A-Plus is a polychloroprene adhesive based on special types of chloroprene rubbers modified by special synthetic resins and other additives; owing to that, the adhesive joint has an excellent adhesion and very high thermal resistance.
BONATERM® A-Plus is also produced in a non-toluene form as BONATERM® A-Plus BT.
APPLICATION:
BONATERM® A-Plus is designed mainly for footwear industry for bonding natural leathers and some synthetic ones with soles made of rubber, thunit, foam rubber and natural leather. Designed also for incurring uppers on insoles made of composition leather, texon, bontex materials, etc. BONATERM® A-Plus can also be used in furniture, Automotive and construction industries.

Appearance: viscous, light-yellow liquid
Dry weight: min 18 % in accordance with PN-EN 827
Viscosity: KF 6 mm, outflow 50 ml 40-60 sec. in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2431;
Brokfield LDVD 2000-4500 mPas
Peel Strength in accordance with PN-ISO 11339, type of material: canvas-canvas:
Initial – at least 3,5 kN/m
Final – at least 4,5 kN/m
Joint’s thermal resistance: very good
