AUTOKOL SPRAY

AUTOKOL SPRAY is a polychloroprene adhesive based on special types of chloroprene rubbers modified by special synthetic resins and other additives; owing to that, adhesive joint has an excellent adhesion and high thermal resistance.

APPLICATION:

AUTOKOL SPRAY adhesive is mainly used in Automotive industry for repairing or bonding roof linings, sides, bonding foams, soundproofings, carpets, textile and wood materials as well as natural leather and some synthetic materials with each other and with sheet metal. The adhesive is ideally suited for car interiors’ tunings. Can also be used in furniture industry for joining leather and textile parts of upholstery.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance:                 viscous, light-yellow liquid with distinct homogenously dispersed light fillers and stabilizers.

Dry weight:                   min. 19,5% in accordance with PN-EN 827

Viscosity:                      KF 4 mm, outflow 50 ml min. 50-60 sec. in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2431

Peel Strength in accordance with PN-ISO 11339, type of material: canvas-canvas:

Initial – at least 2,5 kN/m

Final – at least 6,5 kN/m

Joint’s thermal resistance: very good
