BONATEX®  KCB

BONATEX®  KCB is a dispersion adhesive based on aqueous dispersions of special synthetic resins and polymers. The adhesive does not contain any organic solvents in its formula.

APPLICATION:

BONATEX® KCB is designed for bonding textiles, natural and synthetic leather, some plastics, as well as cardboard, cork, and other similar materials.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance:            milky white to light-yellow liquid

Dry weight:               60±3 % in accordance with PN-EN 827

Viscosity according to Brookfield: 200 – 800 mPas

Peel Strength in accordance with PN EN ISO 2431 type of material: canvas-canvas: final: at least 1,5 kN/m
