BONATERM® A3
BONATERM® A3 is polychloroprene contact adhesive based on a special types of chloroprene rubbers modified by synthetic resins and other additives; owing to that, the adhesive joint has an excellent adhesion and high thermal resistance. Is also produced in a non-toluene form as BONATERM® A3 BT.
APPLICATION:
BONATERM® A3 adhesive is mainly used in footwear industry for bonding natural leathers and some synthetic ones with soles made of thunit rubber, foam rubber as well as for incurring uppers on insoles made of composition leather, texon, bontex materials, etc. BONATERM® A3 adhesive can also be used in furniture, automotive and construction industries, eg. for bonding cork.

Dry weight: 19-24% in accordance with PN-EN 827
Viscosity: KF 6 mm, outflow 50 ml 40-50 sec. in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2431;
Brokfield LDVD 1500-4500 mPas
Peel Strength in accordance with PN-ISO 11339, type of material: canvas-canvas:
Initial – at least 2,5 kN/m
Final – at least 3,5 kN/m
Joint’s thermal resistance: good
