Bonasol SW is an adhesive based on styrene-butadiene rubber and synthetic resins in organic solvents.
APPLICATION:
Bonasol SW adhesive is designed for industrial use, mainly for bonding non-woven polyesters, cottons and celluloses with each other and also with fiberboards, chipboards and wood veneers. The adhesive can be applied on one side as well as on two sides of bonded materials.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
Appearance: viscous, light-yellow or dark-pink liquid
Dry weight: 42 – 46% in accordance with PN-EN 827
Viscosity: KF 2 mm, outflow 50 ml min. 8-12 sec. in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2431
Brookfield’s viscosity LDVD: 65 – 80 seconds
Open time during application:
One-sided – up to 3 minutes
Two-sided – up to 30 minutes
