BONAPUR® HART

BONAPUR® HART is a polyurethane adhesive produced from special polyurethanes modified by the addition of isocyanates (hardeners). The adhesive has a very high initial strength and is resistant to high temperatures.

APPLICATION:

BONAPUR® HART adhesive is designed mainly for footwear industry as a montage adhesive for bonding natural and synthetic leather, and cloths with soles made of soft PVC, polyurethanes and halogenated rubbers. Can also be used in other industries, particularly where there is a need for permanent connection of plasticized or hard PVC, polyurethanes as well as PE and PP after coronation.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance:            colorless liquid with clear opacity (also available in color, eg. black)

Dry weight:               16-18% in accordance with PN-EN 827

Viscosity:                   KF 6 mm, outflow 50 ml 55-62 sec. in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2431;

Peel Strength in accordance with PN-ISO 11339 type of material: canvas-canvas:

Initial – at least 3,5 kN/m

Final – at least 5,0 kN/m

Hydrolysis resistance: good
