BONAKOL® KALET G-2

BONAKOL® KALET G-2 is an adhesive based on specially modified and activated natural rubber.

APPLICATION:

BONAKOL® KALET G-2 is designed for footwear and purse making industry as supporting adhesive for bonding leathers, cloth and some rubbers.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance:            viscous creme-beige liquid (also produced in other colors, eg. black)

Dry weight:               11-14% in accordance with PN-EN 827

Viscosity:                   KF 6 mm, outflow 50 ml min 85 sec. in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2431;

BROOKFIELD LVDV revolutions 12/min spindle no 3  4000-9000 mPas

Peel Strength in accordance with  PN-ISO 11339 type of material canvas-canvas:         

Initial – at least 0,6 kN/m

Final – at least 0,8 kN/m
