BONAKOL® KALET K-2

BONAKOL® KALET K-2 is an adhesive based on  modified and activated natural rubber.

APPLICATION:

BONAKOL® KALET K-2 is designed for footwear and purse making industries as supporting adhesive for bonding leathers, cloth and some rubbers.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance:            colorless cloudy liquid

Dry weight:              8,5-12% in accordance with PN-EN 827

Viscosity:                  KF 6 mm, outflow 50 ml 50-65 sec. in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2431;

BROOKFIELD  LVDV  revolutions 12/min spindle no 3  2500-6000 mPas

Peel Strength in accordance with PN-ISO 11339 type of material canvas-canvas:

Initial – at least 0,6 kN/m

Final – at least 0,8 kN/m
